Suzanne uses many techniques and tools she has devised over a long career in holistic health, which she teaches others to learn and deliver to their clients.
The course is based on six one-day workshops, which can mostly be taken in any order, ending with a 2-hour case study review (online or face-to-face) and sign-off.
- What is Energy and what do we mean by frequencies? What does it all mean? How does it fit in with Science? How do all the energy systems fit together? Understanding self-empowerment and demonstration of tools to help.
- Dowsing and self-testing. Suzanne is a Kinesiologist and demonstrates and teaches techniques to help you work proficiently.
- Beginners Numerology. Numerology is an amazing way to help you discover yourself and others.
- How to work with Intentions/Affirmations. The power of the mind and how to tap into the Superconscious.
- Understanding Crystals. How to work with crystals and their link with Numerology, Intentions, and amplification of manifestation.
- Bringing together Empowerment, Transformation techniques and how to turn that into `manifesting what you want’.
- Completion and sign-off.
Beginners Online Numerology
Transformation starts with a deeper understanding of ourselves. By understanding our Destiny numbers, we can make better sense of why things happen the way they do and why we face the obstacles we face.
With that deeper understanding of ourselves, it’s so much easier to make positive changes in our lives. Small changes in focus and attitude can reap incredible rewards. We learn to move with the changing seasons of our lives, going with our personal flow, rather than battling against the tide.
Join me looking at your Numerology, your Destiny numbers, how to calculate them and what they mean to you? What are your Goals and distractions? What’s in a name? What does your personal year hold.
It will be held over 4 sessions where I help you walk away with a new understanding and a new purpose.

Beginners Online Tarot
This is a starter workshop to help people with an interest take that first plunge and find out if the Tarot is for them.
4 sessions online 7pm -9pm
- What is the Tarot? Why is it different from Oracle Cards? A brief history and some information on how different decks are set up.
“The Fools Journey’ the Major Arcana with 3 card reading. - The Pips and the Royals with 3 card reading.
- Symbols and Spreads looking at the Celtic Cross.
- Putting it all together.

Lifequest parties
Lifequest offers to run one day workshops on Beginners Numerology (CPD approved by CMA) and beginners Tarrot.
Depending on distance Suzanne will travel to your location and offer the one-day workshops at £60 per person. Minimum 5 attendees.
Online Manifestation Workshops
Come and join Suzanne over 4 evenings (7-9 pm) to understand what Empower, Transform and Manifest actually Means.
This is 4 unique online evening sessions where the process is explained to help you bring change into your life. Easy explanations on why we struggle, what is in the way and how to manifest. Tools and techniques are given to help you make a change.
