Beth Geddis Msc, RGN, ITEC, BhTec Beth has avidly supported the New Dimensions community work programme and works with Life Quest providing on-site treatments. Beth's Tui Na sports injury massages were extremely popular at a recent Customer Event for one of Life Quests prestigious clients. Beth obtained her RGN qualification in Nursing in 1983 from St Barts. She had a successful career spanning 17 years both in the NHS (Accident & Emergency, Surgery, medicine etc) and in industry as an Occupational Health Nurse at Heathrow Airport. In 1994 Beth obtained a BSc (Hons) in Soil Science and in 1995 a MSc degree in Environmental Planning both from Aberdeen University. Beth became interested in Complementary health in 1999 and has since qualified in Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Seichem and Tui Na including Sports Injury Massage and Indonesian massage. Beth is currently training for a BSc (Hons) degree in Chinese Medicine at the University of Kingston. The course includes Acupressure, Acupuncture and many other aspects of Chinese medicine. She runs her own private practice.
She has had her own complementary therapy business for 5 years. Prior to this she worked as a Secretary/Administrator for 22 years, in many industries. Penny regularly give talks on Complementary Healthcare to groups, such as PTA Associations, W.I.s and Schools and teaches stress-relieving techniques. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, The Academy of On-Site Massage and also the Professional Association of Clinical Therapists. Penny has her own clinic and works regularly in the Corporate Market and for Social Services. Jenny Sherwood, ITEC ICPKP MBRCP KFAssoc Jenny has worked with the general public since leaving school, first training and working in Hotel and Catering In France and Switzerland and eventually becoming an air stewardess with BA, as a result Jenny has travelled extensively and has well developed interactive skills. Jenny runs a private practice home and works in a practice in St Neots. She frequently reviews her own skills and is keen to keep updated with current thinking. Jenny is Bilingual.

Stewart's background is music, where he has been a composer, cellist, singer and voice coach and Personal Development, where he has worked in the Arts, the Commercial and Not-for-Profit sectors. His experience includes working directly with socially excluded groups, designing and presenting motivational courses, as well as facilitating programmes and workshops for employees working within the homeless sector. The aim of Personal Development, Motivational training, Coaching and Mentoring is to provide a package of services to meet a wide range of clients' needs. Packages are designed and facilitated to enable individuals, teams and organisations to meet their goals strategically. It can help group's team build to meet objectives together, enhance performance and overcome obstacles. It can also help individuals to improve their confidence and self-image, make informed and empowering life/career choices and introduce an increased sense of self worth, contribution and recognition. By listening carefully to client needs and issues, the next step is to understand the desired outcomes, then carefully tailor programmes to instigate a process of clarity, reflection and action.
